Description
Used in Arab cuisine, the spice mixture is popular throughout the Middle East. It is often mixed with olive oil and spread on bread; either at the table, or spread on bread rounds then baked. Za’atar is a great seasoning to sprinkle on vegetables, salads, meatballs or kebabs.
