Shipments and returns
Online orders at the Olde Town Spice Shoppe™ will have a small additional charge to cover the cost of shipping and handling. Shipping charges for the Continental U.S./APO/FPO addresses will be applied according to the following table and are usually shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Large, bulk orders may incur an additional shipping charge to offset extra postage fees, in which case you will be notified.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs.
Local Pickup
If you choose to place an order and pre-pay, please select the “Local pickup” option in the Shipping area when paying for your order online. Please allow 24 hours between time of order and picking it up. Please feel free to call us ahead of time at 636.916.3600 if you would like to check on your order that you are picking up. If someone other than the name on the order will be picking it up, please let us know by informing us via the Notes area of your order.
If Local Pickup order are not picked up within 30 days and no other arrangements have been made by the customer with us, then the items will be donated to the local food pantry.
Your pack shipment
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via USPS with tracking and drop-off without signature.
Shipping International:
Please call us at 636.916.3600 or email us at spices@oldtownspices.com for shipping outside of the United States or Hawaii and Alaska (other than APO/FPO) so that we can work together to find the best price. We cannot ship orders outside of the continental United States that are placed on this website (other than APO).
Returns
We personally select each product and proudly stand behind what we sell. Should you receive an item that was damaged in shipping or an item that you are not satisfied with, please contact us within 14 days with your order information/original receipt and we will replace the item or refund your money.
