Also used in flavoring some beers, gins, and Norwegian akvavit. TV’s Alton Brown uses it on Apple Pie. Also known as melegueta pepper, alligator pepper, Guinea grains or Guinea pepper. Salt Free.

    I need to figure out how to use this and what to use it with. I added it to my order, just because I was intrigued

    Actually, the container opened en route! So I had grains of paradise all over the inside of the box! Need to contact you for a replacement.. maybe with the container inside a zip lock bag in case it happens again!
