Description
Brining adds moisture and flavor to poultry and helps to keep it from drying out. Not only is it great for your turkey, but also for other foul. Customers who have tried our Bird Brine say they won’t ever do without again. Combine with 1 gal water, boil to dissolve salt. Cool and add 1 gal water. Add cleaned turkey and refrig 1 hour for each # of turkey. Remove turkey, dry and cook as desired.
