Fabulous in the slow cooker, Beer Tacos Seasoning transforms meat in to fragrant, tender and delicous taco heaven. We suggest you combine it with a dark, Mexican beer, but any beer can be used.
Brown 2# chuck roast in oil, drain and place in a slow cooker with 1-12 oz dark Mexican beer and 6 tbl seasoning. Simmer 6-8 hours until tender. Each jar makes 2-3 batches.
