A refreshing iced apple cinnamon drink that is a perfect summer cocktail with a hint of holiday flavor and delicious with or without alcohol, and features our classic Mulling Spice!
3 ounces (2 jiggers) prepared mulled apple juice
(apple juice that has been simmered with Mulling Spice)
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1 cinnamon stick
Chilled seltzer or club soda
1 1/2 oz of bourbon or Irish whisky **Optional**
DIRECTIONS:
Prepare the apple juice by simmering with our mulling spices for 15-30 minutes. A good rule of thumb is 2 tablespoons of mulling spice for every 4 cups of apple juice. You can then keep in your fridge for up to 2 weeks.
To make cocktail: fill a short glass with ice and add ingredients, stir with the cinnamon stick and enjoy!
