Vanilla Beans

Highly aromatic, delicate sweet flavor. Prepare a vanilla bean: Lay the pod flat on a cutting board and slice it lengthwise. Fold edges back. Using a spoon, scrape the inside length of the pod and little seeds & add the inside seeds to your dish. (Add the husk to your white sugar to make your own vanilla sugar!)
