Shipping, Pickups and Returns

We take pride in getting your order to you quickly, carefully, and affordably, whether you’re near our St. Charles shop or ordering from afar. Here’s everything you need to know about shipping, local pickup, and returns.

Shipping Information

We ship orders throughout the Continental U.S. via USPS Priority Mail, usually within 2 days of receiving payment. Tracking is included, and no signature is required at drop-off. Shipping costs cover postage, packing, and handling.

Shipping Rates (Continental U.S./APO/FPO):

  • Orders $0.01–$15.00 → $7.00
  • Orders $15.01–$25.00 → $9.00
  • Orders $25.01–$35.00 → $11.00
  • Orders $35.01–$45.00 → $13.00
  • Orders $45.01–$55.00 → $14.00

For large or bulk orders, additional shipping charges may apply. We’ll notify you before processing if that’s the case.

International & Non-Continental U.S. Orders:
Please contact us at 636.916.3600 or spices@oldtownspices.com for shipping outside the continental U.S. (except APO/FPO). We’ll work with you directly to find the best rate.

Local Pickup

Live nearby? You can choose Local Pickup at checkout to save on shipping.

  • Please allow 24 hours between placing your order and pickup.
  • Call us at 636.916.3600 to check if your order is ready.
  • If someone else is picking up your order, just let us know in the Notes at checkout.

Important: Orders not picked up within 30 days (and without prior arrangements) will be donated to the local food pantry.

Returns & Replacements

We stand behind every product we sell. If something arrives damaged or doesn’t meet your expectations, please reach out within 14 days of your order.

Contact us with your order info or original receipt, and we’ll make it right—either with a replacement or refund.
