Pork Rub

Try this flavorful Pork Rub on a variety of pork cuts including ribs, chops, tenderloins and more. We like to use it as a dry rub, rubbing and pressing it in to the meat, then searing the meat like normal to lock in the flavor and juices, and then roasting.
