Made from various combinations of ancho, bell, cayenne and other dried red peppers. Has a hot, pungent flavor. It is used in a variety of different cuisines. Used at Italian restaurants to sprinkle on pizza and dishes, used in pickling, chowders, spaghetti sauce, pizza sauce, soups and sausage.
