Mushroom Gravy Mix

Ladle over mashed potatoes, meatloaf, noodles and rice. Spoon in casseroles with chicken, pork and beef. Great in potpies! Blend 1/4 cup mix with 1/2 cup cold water. Then add to 1 cup of rapidly boiling water. Bring to a boil while stirring. Boil 30 seconds. Suggestion: Add sauteed mushrooms or 4 oz can of mushroom slices for boosted flavor.
