Gumbo Soup Mix

The latest flavor from Thompson Farms, this Gumbo Soup Mix is easy to make and full of flavor. The extra spice packet lets you decide the heat level. The recipe is included on the package. 

½ LB. andouille sausage* diced.
1 Can diced tomato with diced green chilies.
3 Chicken bouillon cubes
9 Cups of water

To Prepare:

1. BROWN Andouille sausage* in a 4 quart pot
2. STIR In hot water, Soup Mix, diced tomato w/green chili, bouillon cubes, Heat to a boil, stir occasionally.
3. REDUCE heat simmer about an hour stirring occasionally. Salt & Pepper to taste. *Chicken and/or Shrimp may be substituted for sausage
