Garlic Powder

Garlic Powder is great in meat rubs, marinades and seasonings, soups, sauces, butters. Great when combined with onions. Since it's a powder, it's the smallest grind, and easily incorporates in to any dish. 1/8 teaspoon of powder = 1 clove of fresh garlic. Salt free.
