Corn Chowder Soup Mix

Locally made and loved, Thompson's Farm Corn Chowder Soup Mix is your new favorite soup. This soup is salt free.

Recipe:

1 package Corn Chowder Soup Mix 
10 cups of water
2 Cups Heavy Cream
4 Chicken bouillon cubes

Combine Water and bouillon in a 4 qt soup pot, Bring to a boil, Add corn chowder mix, return to a boil, Reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours or until vegies are tender. Add heavy cream reduce heat and simmer for 30 min. Salt & Pepper to taste Serve with hot cornbread. Serves approximately 8
