Cloves - Whole

Commonly used in Pork and Ham Roast, Pickling of Fruits, Spiced Sweet Syrups, Mulled Beverages, and Chai. It's flavor is a key ingredient in Pumpkin Pie. Has a sharp flavor. Whole cloves are removed before consumption.
