Chinese Five Spice

Chinese Five Spice is a classic Chinese spice and traditionally includes all five tastes: sweet, sour, bitter, salty and hot or pungent. It can be added to vegetables, rice, pork and just about any kind of stir-fry. Be adventurous and try a bit in pancake or waffle batter. Try it on oatmeal!
