Ginger – Dry – Whole can be steeped for a soothing (but zingy) tea – great for sore throats and coughs.


Popular for sauces, marinades, and stock making, Ginger – Dry- Whole is traditionally used in Indian and Oriental dishes. Try adding 1 tsp with 2 tsp minced garlic, 1 tsp pepper, 1/2 cup soy sauce, and 1/2 cup pineapple juice. Marinate chicken or shrimp and stirfry.
