Description
For homemade Greek gyros, add 2 tbls Gyros Seasoning to 2 lbs of pork or lamb pieces along with 2 tbls of olive oil. Refrigerate and marinade for 30 minutes or more. Brown in skillet. For authentic gyro taste, serve on pitas with tzatziki (sauce made with Greek yogurt) and sliced onion, pepper and tomato.
