This herb seed is small, round and yellow-brown in color. Corriander – Gournd is from an annual herb of the parsley family. It’s fragrant with a spicy aroma and slight lemon flavor. Uses: Sausage making, to flavor buns. Great rub on pork roast. Also check out Coriander – Whole.
