White Pepper is ideal for use in light colored foods. Has a musty aroma and hot, biting flavor, and is grown in Brazil, Indonesia, and Malaysia. Dried, mature berries of the pepper vine from which the outer covering has been removed. White to tan in color. Available whole and ground. Uses: Meats, sauces, gravies, vegetables, soups, salads, and eggs.
